What is Photopass?
Fotopass is the official photo package of the São Paulo Carnival for those who are going to parade on the avenue. When you purchase Fotopass, you will have access to all your photos taken by the official photographers spread throughout the event's circuits.
How many people can use a Photopass?
The Fotopass is valid for one person, who must appear in all the photos. You can be with your group, friends and acquaintances and you will receive all these photos within your package, as long as you are one of the people in the image.

What do I need to do when purchasing a Fotopass?
It is essential to upload a selfie of just your face in a well-lit environment and without company at the time of purchase or afterwards. This selfie will be used to identify your photos during the event and this person must appear in all images.
Can I change the selfie after it has been sent?
Yes, you can change the selfie as long as your package does not yet have any associated photos. Once the first photos have been identified, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
Do I need to create an account to purchase Fotopass?
Yes, you will need to create an account on our website to complete your purchase.

How to identify an official Fotopass photographer?
Our photographers will be identified with personalized orange vests and will be spread throughout the São Paulo Carnival.
How will the system recognize my photos?
Through facial recognition. The selfie you uploaded will be compared with the photos taken by the photographers, and the ones that match will be added to your package.
What if the system doesn't recognize one of my photos?
The system has an extremely high photo recognition rate, but it may not recognize a person if they are wearing a mask or other facial accessory. In this case, you should access the link https://carnavalsp.fotop.com and fill out the form with the unrecognized photos so that we can add them to your package at no additional cost. It is important to emphasize that in order to be part of the purchased package, the person in the selfie must appear in all the images.
When will I be able to see my photos?
You will be able to watch your photos being added to your package during the event, a few hours after your show.
How do I access my photos?
You can access your photos through the website https://carnavalsp.fotop.com, through the order link sent by email or through the Fotop app.
How do I download my photos?
To download your photos, simply select the ones you want and click 'download'.
Is there a guaranteed minimum number of photos?
There is no guaranteed minimum number, but if your package has less than 5 photos, you can request a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Is there a maximum number of photos for a Photopass?
There is no maximum number of photos. On the contrary, we encourage you to contact our photographers and request as many photos as you want!
Tips
What should a selfie look like?
The selfie must be clear, with your face clearly visible, well-lit and free of obstructions (hats, sunglasses). There must only be one person in the photo and it must be a photo of the face (no need for the full body).

Our photographers will be spread throughout the São Paulo Carnival and at other strategic points.
